We’re committed to making your shopping experience as smooth and effortless as your hair. Below you’ll find all the details about how we ship your orders, expected delivery times, and what to do if something goes wrong.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped, along with your tracking number.

Please note: During high-demand periods (such as sale events or product launches), processing times may be slightly longer - but we promise it’s worth the wait 💅

2. Shipping Times & Costs

We currently ship from our international and Australian fulfilment partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear, depending on the carrier.

You can also track your order directly on our website via the “Track Order” page.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes once your package reaches your destination country.
Glissah™ is not responsible for these charges - they are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend checking your local customs office before placing an international order to avoid any surprises.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, please contact us at hello@glissah.com.au with your order number.
We’ll help investigate the issue and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Glissah™ is not liable for delays caused by customs, natural events, or courier errors once the package has left our facility - but we’ll always do what we can to make it right.

6. Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us immediately to make corrections. Once it’s dispatched, we can’t change the address or redirect it.

7. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels depending on availability and warehouse location.
Don’t worry you’ll receive tracking details for each item as soon as they’re on the way.
